Game Recap:
 The Dreadsox ended their 1997 season with a defeat to the Ball Busters. The Dreads were short-handed yet again, so stats & scores for the Ball Busters could not be recorded. All I know is that the Dreads lost, and only mustered 5 hits for 1 run.

Dreadsox balls were not the only thing busted by the Ball Busters during this game. Catcher Cindy “Helmet” Louie, known for her inexplicable propensity to head traumas, suffered a broken nose when a pitch took a wicked bounce off of home plate, hitting her square in the face.
