Game Recap:
 The Dreadsox lost their third straight game, as they dropped the ball 3 times & dropped the game to Hey! That’s My Bat by a score of 19-4. The Dreadsox allowed the winning run in the top of the first inning, as 5 Hey runs crossed the plate. The Dreadsox were able to score a run in their half of the first inning as Chris “Bootch” Burch led off with a walk, moved to second on Carol “C-Roll” Kajita’s single, then scored on John “Squatch” Hawkins’ base hit. The teams were pretty even in the second and third innings, Hey scoring 5 more runs to the Dreadsox 3. But in the fourth inning Hey found their bats again, scoring 9 runs. The Dreadsox couldn’t answer the barrage, mustering up 1 hit and no runs in their half of the fourth. The 10-run rule was enforced with the score 19-4.

Dreadsox bats were ice cold, as 11 of the 12 Dreadsox outs in the game were either pop-ups or ground balls to the pitcher. Burch was able to make the most of his batting attempts, walking & scoring in the first inning, and slapping a base hit in the third. Vince “Pako” Brooks also used his one plate appearance well, batting in 2 runners with his 2nd inning single.
